Gajraula Plant is a state-of-the-art plant for manufacturing Spray Dried Silica in different grades for rubber and various non rubber applications. 

The Plant is situated 110 Kms east of Delhi.  Gajraula is a small town with a population of about 40 Thousand in Jyotiba Phule Nagar, District of Uttar Pradesh. The famous river Ganga is just 10 kilometers away from the plant towards Delhi.

Gajraula is a Railway Junction, and recently the railway track has been converted from single to double gauge which helps trouble free travel between Gajraula and Delhi.

Gajraula plant started commercial production on 1st January 1993.  Insilco produces different grades of Silica catering to the requirement of customers in rubber and non rubber segments.   Its main customers comprise of companies manufacturing tyres, rice rollers, footwear and  mechanical rubber goods as well as accounts active in plant protection, feed, food, detergents, battery separators and toothpaste.

An afforestation programme had been launched since the inception of the unit and development of the land.  Already more than 1, 00,000 trees and saplings have been planted within the Insilco premises. Extensive tree plantation is in process and further available space will be utilized in due course of time. We also have our own residential complex within the factory premises having all amenities.

The Quality Assurance laboratory is equipped with sophisticated electronic instruments. The manufacturing plant has a modern engineering workshop, DCS control processes and instrumentation in all production facilities. The present annual capacity is  15000 tons of Silica and the company is now in the process of expanding the capacity to 21000 tons p.a.. The quality of the company's product continues to be well accepted by the domestic as well as overseas customers. Our product is supplied to export markets in Europe and the Far East, Sri Lanka, Nepal, China, Indonesia, South Africa and South America. Insilco is an ISO-9001:2000, ISO-14001:1996 and HACCP certified Company.
