Sipernat ® 22 is a precipitated spray dried silica with high absorptive and optimized particle size spectrum. It is recommended for the conversion of all kinds of liquids into powders. For example, this silica is used in animal feed industry as a carrier for converting choline chloride solution into stable powder and for converting vitamin-E-acetate and propionic acid into stable free flow powder. Further more, it serves as a grinding aid for low melting active substances. |
Sipernat ® 22 (Wessalon) is a precipitated spray dried silica with high absorptive and relatively larger particle size. It is used as a carrier in formulations for plant protection when the final product is subject to milling process. Furthermore, it serves as grinding aid for low melting products as well as for formulations with high proportion of active ingredients. |

Sipernat ® 22 (Wessalon S) is a finely dispersed, spray dried and milled version of Sipernat ® 22 (Wessalon). It is used as an aid to improve storage stability, suspension behavior and flow ability of various kinds of formulations. It also serves as a carrier in wettable powders with high content of active ingredients whenever milling is to be avoided. |

Sident ® 22 S is Insilco’s premium grade of precipitated spray dried milled silica of very high purity developed exclusively for toothpaste industry to impart thickening properties.
A finely dispersed, spray dried milled silica imparts rheological stability to opaque or clear gel toothpastes. It helps to prevent separation and improves texture and ribbon stability. The favorable pH value and inert character of Sident ® 22S allows it to be combined with a large number of active ingredients. The refractive index of 1.45 in conjunction with finely divided nature of Sident ® 22S, makes it possible to produce transparent toothpaste of high brilliance.
Sident ® 22S can flexibly be combined with abrasive silica or any other abrasive system e.g. chalk, alumina or dicalcium phosphate. |
