With the worldwide market scenario and the tough competition in India,  Insilco have policy of market-driven organisation which includes all time responsiveness to needs of its esteemed customer.

All operations are carried out at par with Degussa’s international standards to ensure quality and consistency of products. As a first step, in line with the Corporate image of Degussa, we have shifted to a new office at Thapar House, Janpath, where the office space has been designed in a transparent open-plan modern style.

In accordance with Degussa’s guiding principles, our focus is on our customers and we adhere to the following principles :

The creation of Mission Groups to encourage creativity, facilitate change and help in development of pro-active culture, signifies the direction in which the organisation is moving. Our aim is to achieve continuous improvement in all spheres in an innovative and progressive manner.

Constant efforts are also being made to identify and achieve savings in costs, optimisation of operations and utilisation of resources.

We are also committed to fulfill our social responsibilities particularly at the Plant locations where employment opportunities are provided. The Company and its employees have contributed generously for providing relief to victims of natural calamities.
